Qv2 AC LINE HARMONIZER
The QVIBE, Qv2 is an AC Line Harmonizer that is designed to enhance the musical performance and picture quality of any audio or video system, delivering readily demonstrable benefits at an incredibly affordable price. It can be used as a “stand alone” product or to complement a full QRT system including QBASE-Mark II, Qx4, Qx2 and Qk1 units. The Qv2 works directly on the AC line, introducing a carefully calculated range of pulsed frequencies, clocked from the original 50 or 60Hz waveform. The result is a drop in noise floor, with a commensurate increase in image depth, dimensionality and presence, significantly increasing the realism of both musical and visual performance.
Like other QRT products, the benefits are cumulative and Qv2s are even more impressive when used en masse. The compact, “plug-top” construction of the Qv2’s mechanically tuned housing allows it to be inserted into any free socket on your system’s AC line – although adding directly to a QBASE-Mark II maximizes the benefits.
Qv2 units are available in either US (NEMA) or EU (Schuko) configurations, and compatible with 50/60Hz 100 – 240V supplies. However, standard adaptors can be used to employ the Qv2 in other markets. The Qv2 is housed in a mechanically tuned carbon fiber and has high quality gold plated connection pins. It is built entirely in the USA and carries a two-year warranty.
• Works directly on the AC line, actively introducing a precise range of pulsed frequencies
• Increases the depth and realism of the musical performance.
• Lower perceived background noise.
• Deeper, more dimensional and more vibrant picture on AV systems.
• Mechanically tuned carbon-fiber body
• Gold-plated NEMA or Schuko connector

With the Aavik U-300, you get one unit that has it all. You do not just get an amplifier; you also get 3 analog line inputs, a truly unique performing phono RIAA section and a superb 24 bit/192 kHz DAC.
Donald Saltzman wrote about the U-300in The Absolute Sound:
After living with the U-300 for over three months, I still look forward to every listening session and am still discovering subtle nuances in old recordings I thought I knew well. I get goosebumps at almost every session. Fun bonuses that don’t affect the sound: It’s nice to turn on the whole system with a single switch; it’s refreshing not to have to turn on the air-conditioning every time I play the system for more than an hour; it’s a pleasure to only need a few cables and power cords to hook up the entire system.
To answer my own question, I believe the U-300 offers enormous value, even at $30,000. When considering the combined cost of separates that are truly competitive with the Aavik, the U-300 is a relative bargain in today’s high-end scene. To my way of thinking, the U-300 is a game-changer in the high-end industry. It is now possible to think about state-of-the-art performance for all necessary electronics in a single, very stylish box. The U-300 welcomes with open arms almost any speakers, not just monitors or high-sensitivity models. I hope some of you take or make the opportunity to audition the U-300. I think you’ll be impressed.” Read the full review
